Kisui Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture; CEO: Tamir Bloom), developer of the off-road autonomous AI robot "Adam," announced on November 12th that the initial production run of "Adam," which went on general sale starting April 2025, has completely sold out.
"Adam" is an autonomous AI robot developed for orchards, designed to transport harvested crops, fertilizers, and agricultural materials, reducing the burden of farm work and increasing efficiency.
According to the company, since sales began in April 2025, there has been a significant response from agricultural corporations and fruit producers nationwide, resulting in the entire initial production run selling out.
Furthermore, the labor shortage in the agricultural sector is not limited to Japan; "Adam" is also garnering interest from overseas, including Europe, Australia, and Southeast Asia.
In response to this growing global demand, Kisui is proceeding with the development of a mass production system to expand its sales channels.
The company is reportedly now recruiting new part-time staff to perform assembly and adjustment work at its manufacturing base in Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture, for the next production run.

■ ICT Startup League
This support program, initiated by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications' "Startup-Creation-Oriented Exploratory R&D Support Project," began in fiscal year 2023.
The ICT Startup League supports startups through four main pillars:
① R&D Funding / Hands-On Support
Up to 20 million yen in R&D expenses is provided in the form of subsidies. Additionally, through hands-on support, the selection committee members involved in choosing league members continue to mentor them and promote their growth post-selection. For companies that committee members strongly evaluate as "must-select," a "fan-like" support system is established where the committee members themselves continuously provide advice on business plans and offer growth opportunities.
② Discovery & Nurturing
We provide opportunities for learning and networking to promote the business growth of league members.
We also work to discover individuals aspiring to start businesses, aiming to broaden the base of entrepreneurship.
③ Competition & Co-Creation
It serves as a positive competitive arena, much like a sports league, where startups learn together and compete constructively to win the funding they truly need (up to 20 million yen). We also provide a co-creation space where league members can collaborate and expand their businesses through various opportunities, such as sessions with selection committee members.
④ Promotion
We collaborate with media to publicize the initiatives of league members! By making their businesses known to a wider audience, we aim to expand opportunities for new partnerships and chances.
