(Headquarters: Niigata City, Niigata Prefecture; CEO: Kazuki Yokoyama), a career partner business catering to KOSEN (National Institute of Technology) students, announced on March 24th that it will host the "With KOSEN: Corporate Seminars for Internships" at eight venues across Japan starting in April 2026.
This event serves as a direct matching platform connecting students and host companies prior to the "4th-year summer internship," which is integrated as a nearly compulsory requirement in most KOSEN curricula.
While KOSEN students possess high-level specialized technical skills and are highly valued by the industrial sector, many companies face significant challenges in establishing touchpoints and building a recruitment pool among this demographic.
Internships have garnered attention as a vital solution for establishing early connections. An increasing number of companies are strengthening their internship programs for KOSEN students to build pipelines for early recruitment and to evaluate candidates' practical on-site adaptability.
To maximize encounters between KOSEN students and businesses, Prossell creates opportunities for nationwide engagement. "With KOSEN" offers three primary advantages:
1. **Strengthened Recruitment:** Enables direct outreach to target students during the highly competitive summer internship season.
2. **Enhanced Brand Awareness:** The face-to-face format allows companies to convey passion and corporate culture—qualities that often fail to translate through web-only interactions.

■ ICT Startup League
Launched in FY2023, this support program originated from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications' "Project for Supporting Seed-stage R&D for Startup Creation."
The ICT Startup League supports startups through four main pillars:
1. R&D Funding & Hands-on Support
Provides up to 20 million yen in R&D subsidies. Furthermore, the selection committee members provide hands-on support, staying close to the startups even after selection to accelerate growth. For companies highly endorsed by committee members, a "fan-like" support system is established where evaluators personally provide ongoing advice and growth opportunities.
2. Discovery & Nurturing
The league provides learning opportunities and networking events to foster business growth, while also identifying aspiring entrepreneurs to expand the ecosystem.
3. Competition & Co-creation
Designed like a sports league, it fosters a positive competitive environment where startups learn together while competing for necessary funding (up to 20 million yen). It also provides a space for co-creation, where league members collaborate through sessions with evaluators to expand their businesses.
4. Communication
In collaboration with media partners, the league broadcasts the initiatives of its members. By increasing public awareness, the program aims to broaden opportunities for new matching and business prospects.
