We develop an online platform for entrepreneurship education in upper secondary specialized training schools. The platform provides services for both students and faculty. For students, we will provide on-demand content that allows them stress when accessing information systems, including hundreds of millions of visually impaired who suffer from light sensitivity and color blindness. To relieve this stress, human-friendly information systems with man-machine interfaces (MMI) that match the visual characteristics of various individuals are required. In order to help the world's visually impaired, it is necessary to establish a telemetry system that enables measurement of the visual characteristics of various individuals at any time and from any place and to create an optimized MMI for their characteristics. This telemetry system can only be realized by developing and utilizing advanced ICT, including cloud computing and VR goggles.
We will develop an online platform for entrepreneurial education for colleges of technology. This platform is aimed at both students and teachers.
For students, we will provide on-demand content that allows them to learn the knowledge necessary for starting a business through gamified web and mobile apps, and they can learn at their own pace.
For teachers, we will provide a web app with the function of analyzing and analysing students' viewing data. This will allow them to brush up their educational curriculum.
We do not just provide products, but also strive for continuous improvement and updates. We are working with schools to build a sustainable system to nurture more entrepreneurs from colleges of technology.

| Childhood Dream | I participated in national tournaments several times, and played on a team where some of my teammates were active J-Leaguers, so I dreamed of becoming a professional soccer player from my childhood until I was about 20 years old, when I was attending a technical college. I studied English as a student because I wanted to practice with a soccer team overseas. |

| Motivation, Goals, and Ideal World | In the summer of 2018, I had the opportunity to study abroad in Finland as a student of Nagaoka National College of Technology. During my time abroad, I participated in a business contest as an extracurricular activity in April 2019, which became a turning point for my life. At the time, the career path of my seniors at the National College of Technology was generally to advance to large companies, and I was planning to follow that trend and advance my career. However, this contest experience gave me the opportunity to think deeply about my activities as an entrepreneur, how to work at a venture company, and how to build my own career. Based on this experience, I strongly felt that I wanted to provide students at the National College of Technology with an opportunity to seriously think about their careers, so I launched a new internship program in the form of an online business contest, "Online Intern Contest", commonly known as "Prossell Oncon". We developed "Prossell Scout", a platform that supports the job hunting of students who participated in "Prossell Oncon", and "Prossell Learning", an on-demand educational content for students at the National College of Technology who are looking for employment at entrepreneurs and startup companies. As for my future vision, I would like to use the "Prossell" brand to provide support to even more students to clarify their career goals and realize them. It is my hope that students will be able to maximize their potential and have a bright future. |
