Parchil Launches New Service to Transform the "Real Voices" of Working Mothers into Recruitment Messages — A circular model leveraging expertise in single-parent support to eliminate recruitment mismatches —

Parchil Recruitment Insight & Message Design Package Launch

Parchil Association (Headquarters: Chigasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture; Representative Director: Shogo Minami), which provides support for single-parent households and develops/operates talk apps, announced on March 16 the launch of its new corporate service, the "Recruitment Insight & Message Design Package."

This service provides end-to-end support for companies seeking to hire female talent balancing childcare and work. It covers everything from organizing insights based on the authentic perspectives of those involved to designing messages for job postings, recruitment PR, and scout emails.

■ Identifying "Gap Positions" Through Real Voices and Competitor Analysis

While many companies advocate for women's empowerment and work-life balance, job seekers often face significant anxiety before applying, wondering, "Can I really take time off if my child suddenly gets a fever?" or "Are there promotion opportunities even with shortened working hours?"

Leveraging a network of thousands of individuals cultivated through its support activities, Parchil accesses "real voices" that are difficult to capture through general surveys. By analyzing the difference between the "unmet needs" of candidates and the "recruitment messages" of competitors, Parchil identifies the "gap positions" a company should target. These are then converted into specific recruitment copy and PR content that resonates with applicants.

■ Solving Corporate Recruitment Challenges Directly Supports Single-Parent Families

A key feature of this service is its "circular model," unique to its status as a non-profit organization. The revenue generated from corporate recruitment support is directly reinvested into Parchil's initiatives, such as information support, career assistance, and AI utilization support for single-parent households.

Through this initiative, the association aims to reduce recruitment mismatches for companies while accelerating the implementation of a society where individuals with childcare and family responsibilities can work comfortably.

■ ICT Startup League
This support program was launched in FY2023, triggered by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications' "Startup Creation-type Sprouting R&D Support Project."
The ICT Startup League supports startups through four main pillars:
1. R&D Expenses / Hands-on Support
R&D expenses of up to 20 million yen are provided in the form of subsidies. In terms of hands-on support, the selection committee members who were involved in choosing league members continue to provide guidance after the selection process to promote growth. For companies that committee members evaluated as "must-adopt," the members themselves provide ongoing support, including advice on business plans and opportunities for growth—a support system akin to "fandom-style" mentorship.
2. Discovery & Cultivation
The program provides opportunities for learning and networking to promote the business growth of league members. It also aims to discover individuals aspiring to start businesses, expanding the entrepreneurial base.
3. Competition & Co-creation
Structured like a sports league, it serves as a platform for positive competition where startups learn and challenge each other to win the necessary funds (up to 20 million yen). It also provides a venue for "co-creation," where league members collaborate to expand their businesses through sessions with selection committee members and various other opportunities.
4. Dissemination
The league collaborates with media to promote the initiatives of its members. By introducing these businesses to a wider audience, the program aims to expand opportunities for new matching and business prospects.
