After that, he was the marketing manager at a company that provides employment transition support for people with developmental disabilities and a platform to solve legal damages, and as the head of the business strategy department at Chiisana Ippo Co., Ltd., which received investment from former ZOZO investor Yusaku Maezawa, he took on the challenge of Japan's unpaid child support issue from a business and marketing perspective.
He founded Pairchild, a general incorporated association, to help single parents with various problems, regardless of child support. |

■The world we want to create
A world where all social problems are quickly solved with technology and warm hearts, and where "open innovation" is born in all social problem areas due to "open source," which is common in the world of programming.
■Goals we want to achieve
We will create a system in which all social problems related to education, welfare, and human rights are continually solved, and we will deploy business models that have been able to solve social problems created on that system, and the wisdom gained in the process of building business models, to countries where similar social problems as Japan are occurring or will occur in the future, and provide assistance toward solving them. We will also create great companies that can make Japan a role model in the world in the field of solving "social problems" that have been difficult to solve in capitalism through business. We will also put Japan at the forefront of research at the United Nations, such as the United Nations Institute for Social Development.
Before that, we will create an industry where "thinking about business models that can solve social problems can make money." We will create a "market for buying and selling social business ideas" and develop infrastructure that will allow business models to be created for any social problem, driven not by the desire to "solve social problems!" but by the desire to "make money!", so that any social problem that arises can be quickly solved.

When I discovered the "world I want to create" and the "goals I want to achieve" from my dream of becoming a GTM, I looked around Japan and found that there were no companies that were seriously focusing on this. |
