InnoJin Inc. (Headquarters: Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Takenori Inomata), a venture company originating from Juntendo University, announced on January 23—coinciding with "Pollen Countermeasure Day"—that it has added new features to its hay fever support app, "AllerSearch+."
This update introduces a "Notification Function" to support users' continuous hay fever care and a newly added "Pathway to Online Medical Care," allowing users to access medical institutions when necessary.
"AllerSearch+" was developed based on the results of "AllerSearch," a hay fever research app created by a research team at Juntendo University.
The newly added notification function encourages users to perform regular hay fever level checks, supporting them in continuing their countermeasures without strain, even during busy daily lives. Additionally, the system now allows for smooth consultation and appointments for online medical care directly from the app, providing a safety net when self-care alone is insufficient.
InnoJin aims to realize personalized and preventive medicine by utilizing data collected through mobile health.
Through these functional enhancements, the company states it will provide "personalized hay fever care" tailored to each user's symptoms and lifestyle, contributing to improved quality of life (QOL) during hay fever season and the advancement of allergy research.

■ ICT Startup League
This is a support program launched in FY2023, initiated by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications' "Program to Support Embryonic Research and Development for Startup Creation."
The ICT Startup League supports startups through four main pillars:
1. R&D Funding / Hands-on Support
Up to 20 million JPY in R&D funding is provided in the form of a grant. In terms of hands-on support, the evaluation committee members who selected the league members continue to provide close accompaniment after selection to accelerate growth. A system is built where evaluators who strongly wanted to select a specific company continue to support it personally—offering advice on business plans and providing growth opportunities—creating a "fandom-like" (oshi-katsu) support structure.
2. Discovery & Incubation
We provide opportunities for learning and networking to promote the business growth of league members.
We also expand the program's reach by scouting individuals who aim to start businesses in the future.
3. Competition & Co-creation
Functioning as a positive competitive arena similar to a sports league, startups learn together and improve through friendly rivalry while competing to win the necessary funding (up to 20 million JPY). We also provide a space for co-creation where league members collaborate to expand their businesses through various opportunities, such as sessions with evaluation committee members.
4. Dissemination
We disseminate the initiatives of league members in cooperation with media outlets! By making these businesses known to a wider audience, we aim to expand opportunities for new matching and chances.
