Prossell HD Named Platinum Sponsor of "KOSENJIN SUMMIT 2026" ― Full Travel Support for KOSEN Students & Production of Original Job Hunting Guidebook ―

KOSENJIN SUMMIT 2026 Platinum Sponsor Appointment

Prossell Holdings Inc. (Headquarters: Niigata City, Niigata Prefecture; CEO: Kazuki Yokoyama), a company developing career support for technical college (KOSEN) students, announced on December 16 that it has been appointed as a Platinum Sponsor for the "KOSENJIN SUMMIT 2026," the general meeting of the Kosenjin Association, to be held on March 1, 2026.

In conjunction with this sponsorship, the company has launched support measures, including fully covering travel expenses for KOSEN students who participate in both the main summit and the job-hunting event held as a pre-summit festival.

■ Free Travel Expenses for Attending the Pre-Summit Event

The company will hold a job-hunting event exclusively for KOSEN students, titled "With KOSEN Career Research Seminar in Nagoya," on February 28, 2026, the day before the summit.

By fully subsidizing travel costs for up to 200 KOSEN students who attend both this pre-summit event and the "KOSENJIN SUMMIT 2026" the following day, the company aims to eliminate geographical barriers and encourage participation from across the country.

■ Matching Support via Original Job Hunting Guidebook

Production of Job Hunting Guidebook

It was also announced that a limited-edition original job hunting guidebook will be produced and distributed on the day of the summit.

The guidebook will feature company profiles, internship information, and interviews with KOSEN alumni. It aims to provide useful career information to attending students while supporting listed companies in creating new touchpoints with KOSEN talent.

The "KOSENJIN SUMMIT 2026" is scheduled to be held on March 1, 2026, at STATION Ai in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, with approximately 1,000 KOSEN stakeholders expected to gather from all over Japan.

■ ICT Startup League
This is a support program launched in FY2023, initiated by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications' "Startup Creation-type Germination Research and Development Support Business."
The ICT Startup League supports startups through four main pillars:
① R&D Funding / Hands-on Support
Up to 20 million yen in R&D funding is provided as a grant. In terms of hands-on support, the evaluation committee members who were involved in the selection of league members will continue to stay close and promote growth even after selection. For companies that committee members evaluated as "must-select," a "fandom-like" support system is built where the evaluators themselves continuously support the company by offering advice on business plans and providing growth opportunities.
② Discovery & Incubation
We provide learning opportunities and meeting places to encourage business growth for league members.
We also expand the base by discovering those who aim to start businesses in the future.
③ Competition & Co-creation
It serves as a positive competitive arena like a sports league, where startups learn together and improve themselves to win the necessary funding (up to 20 million yen). We also provide a place for co-creation where league members collaborate to expand their businesses through various opportunities such as sessions by evaluation committee members.
④ Dissemination (PR)
We will disseminate the initiatives of league members in cooperation with the media! By letting more people know about the businesses, we aim to expand opportunities for new matching and chances.
