First Penguins Inc. was founded to eliminate the complexity of school fund collection and enable sustainable school operations. Our flagship product, “BUKATOOL,” is a platform that collects fees for club activities, school dues, department accounts, and supply purchases cashless and automatically reflects them in ledgers. Furthermore, by collaborating with local supply stores, regional financial institutions, and municipalities, we provide a system offering high convenience and transparency for both schools and families. Going forward, we will promote the expansion of schools' independent funding sources and educational DX through donation and sponsorship functions.
This league will implement and expand the “Tuition DX Platform,” which digitizes school and club activity fund collection to reduce the burden on educational institutions. Specifically, we will strengthen systems to centralize and cashless-enable school fees, club activity fees, alumni association dues, etc., automatically reflecting them in financial reports. Furthermore, by incorporating hometown tax donations, donations, and sponsorships, we will reduce the financial burden on parents while creating new revenue sources for municipalities and schools. We aim to establish a new educational finance infrastructure connecting educational institutions, local governments, and financial institutions.

| Childhood Dream | Expanding business globally across borders and races |
| Motivation, Goals, and Ideal World | My foundational experience stems from my time as a university rugby coach. It was a place that generated overwhelming passion and inspiration, yet faced severe financial constraints. I struggled relentlessly, running around trying to create a supportive environment. At the same time, I believed that combining this passion, inspiration, and the environment where numerous students participate and renew themselves every year could give birth to sustainable new systems and businesses. This led me to resolve to challenge myself to create a business that changes the flow of funds within schools and club activities. The world I want to achieve is to bring the richness of student sports, which has become a massive market in the US, to Japan, and then share it globally as an Asian model. I want to create an environment where any student can enjoy sports and entertainment, receive proper guidance, and maximize their potential without being held back by financial burdens. Furthermore, I aim to build a society where, through this process, students meet peers and competitors, practice social learning, and achieve rich personal growth. I want to shape the world I wished existed during my own student days for today's children. |
