He worked as a corporate analyst at Nomura Securities from 2013 to 2017, and moved to the UK in 2017 to obtain an MBA. He then worked in investment businesses in food and beverage companies at investment companies in London and Hong Kong, where he gained a wide range of experience in global retail IT. He will move his base to Japan in 2023 and launch this company. From 2024, he will also manage Winelog, a Chinese restaurant and wine restaurant in Hiroo, Tokyo.

Childhood Dream Although I didn't have anything in particular, ever since I was a child I loved to take on challenges with my own ideas. During my university days I played jazz, during graduate school I studied economics, and in society I worked in stock investment at securities and investment companies, but I always found enjoyment in the same concept.

Motivation, Goals, and Ideal World The reason I wanted to start a business was because of my friends. All of my close friends who I shared a house with during my MBA have started their own businesses and are expanding their businesses. When I was an investor, I always invested in entrepreneurs. Also, Ryuji Shiohama, who I am working on a business with, is a very unique entrepreneur. Among them, starting a business itself was natural and there was no big trigger.
There was a trigger when we started our business domain. When I entered a certain hand soap store in Shinjuku, I was served with the following question: "Customer, what did you think of this product you purchased last time? The tester we gave you at that time has finally been commercialized. Would you like to try it?" Customer behavior is firmly stored as data, and the attitude of the staff to use it as a matter of course to provide service was wonderful, which is a rare sight in the restaurant sector. I wanted to make this a common thing in restaurants (starting with our restaurant!), and this was the trigger for me to start a restaurant CRM business, and it has become a goal I want to achieve.
The world I want to create in the future is to create a restaurant industry where people don't say, "The restaurant business is not profitable, so you should give up." It is said that restaurants have an 80% chance of going bankrupt within three years. To be successful, you need to be a restaurant that is loved by regular customers. By providing services that can contribute even a little to creating a restaurant with many repeat customers, I would like to be able to foster an excitement that makes people want to try the restaurant business.
