This agreement aims to improve the quality of parenting support and revitalize the local economy by leveraging iiba's expertise in digitization and visualization to create a digital map of parenting support information within Yamagata City.

■ Connecting Government and Citizens through "Searchability"

Digital mapping of parenting information

As a specific initiative, administrative services and event information provided by Yamagata City will be clearly disseminated via the "iiba" app.

In addition, information on child-rearing facilities, outing spots, and public facilities within the city will be consolidated into a digital map. This will create an environment that families raising children can use in their daily lives, promoting "Child-rearing DX" (Digital Transformation) that connects the administration, citizens, and local businesses.

■ Toward Sustainable Community Development through Child-rearing DX

iiba has been collaborating with local governments across the country, and through this agreement with Yamagata City, it will support the construction of an environment that allows for smooth access to local child-rearing resources.

The company states that by leveraging DX starting with digital mapping, it intends not only to improve the convenience of administrative services but also to contribute to sustainable community development.

■ ICT Start-up League
This support program began in fiscal year 2023, sparked by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications' "Support for Budding Research and Development in Start-ups."
The ICT Start-up League supports start-ups through four main pillars:
① R&D Funding / Hands-on Support
Up to 20 million yen in research and development costs is provided in the form of a subsidy. regarding hands-on support, the evaluation committee members involved in the selection of league members continue to stay close after selection to promote growth. For companies that committee members "absolutely want to adopt," a support system likened to "Oshi-katsu" (enthusiastic support activity) is built, where the evaluators themselves provide continuous support such as advice on business plans and offering growth opportunities.
② Discovery & Incubation
We provide opportunities for learning and encounters that promote the business growth of league members.
We also expand our search to discover people aiming to start businesses, aiming to broaden the base of the ecosystem.
③ Competition & Co-creation
Functioning as a venue for positive competition like a sports league, start-ups learn together and refine their skills while competing to win the necessary funding (up to 20 million yen). We also provide a place for co-creation where league members collaborate to expand their businesses through various opportunities such as sessions with evaluation committee members.
④ Dissemination
We disseminate the initiatives of league members in cooperation with the media! By letting more people know about their businesses, we aim to expand the field for new matching and opportunities.
