Prossell to Host "With KOSEN Career Research Seminar in Nagoya," a Job Hunting Event Exclusive to KOSEN Students ― Supporting nationwide participation with full transport reimbursement; linked with the following day's "KOSENJIN SUMMIT" ―

With KOSEN Career Research Seminar in Nagoya

Prossell Inc. (Headquarters: Niigata City, Niigata Prefecture; CEO: Kazuki Yokoyama), which operates a career partner business targeting KOSEN (National Institute of Technology) students, announced on December 5 that it will hold the "With KOSEN Career Research Seminar in Nagoya," a job hunting event exclusively for KOSEN students, on Saturday, February 28, 2026.

This event is positioned as a prelude to the "KOSENJIN SUMMIT 2026," which will bring together KOSEN community members from across Japan on the following day, Sunday, March 1. The venue will be "STATION Ai" in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture.

■ Eliminating Geographical Barriers with Full Transport Reimbursement

The most significant feature of this event is that full transportation expenses will be reimbursed for KOSEN students who participate in both the seminar on February 28 and the summit on the following day (limited to the first 200 participants).

By removing geographical barriers, the event provides an environment where up to 500 KOSEN students gathering from all over the country can think about their future careers with peace of mind. The event is open to regular and advanced course students currently enrolled in national, public, and private KOSEN colleges nationwide.

■ A Valuable Matching Opportunity for KOSEN Students and Companies

Prossell Inc.

While the employment rate for KOSEN students is extremely high and the job-to-applicant ratio remains high, creating contact points with KOSEN students remains a challenge for companies.

The "With KOSEN Career Research Seminar in Nagoya" provides a valuable space where KOSEN students and companies eager to hire can interact directly through corporate booths. The event is supported by the General Incorporated Foundation Kosenjin-kai.

■ ICT Startup League
This is a support program launched in FY2023, initiated by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications' "Start-up Creation Oriented Sprouting Research and Development Support Business."
The ICT Startup League supports startups through four pillars.
1. R&D Funding / Hands-on Support
Up to 20 million yen in R&D funding is provided in the form of a grant. Additionally, in terms of hands-on support, the evaluation committee members involved in the selection of league members continue to provide close support after selection to promote growth. For companies that evaluation committee members deem "must-haves" for adoption, a "fandom-like" support system is established where the evaluators themselves provide continuous support, such as advice on business plans and providing growth opportunities.
2. Discovery & Cultivation
We provide opportunities for learning and networking to encourage the business growth of league members.
We also expand the scope by discovering those who aim to start businesses in the future.
3. Competition & Co-creation
The league serves as a positive competitive arena similar to a sports league, where startups learn together and improve themselves to win the necessary funds (up to 20 million yen). We also provide a place for co-creation where league members collaborate to expand their businesses through various opportunities, such as sessions with evaluation committee members.
4. Dissemination
We disseminate the initiatives of league members in collaboration with the media! By letting many people know about the businesses, we aim to expand opportunities for new matching and chances.
