In 2000, I founded a systems company and have been involved in planning and operations within the IT field.
Later, I studied Oriental medicine as an acupuncturist and became interested in the “power to align” people and society.
Currently, I am drawn to the new technology of 3D concrete printing and am challenging myself to transform the very form of construction.
Since starting this venture, I have obtained certifications including slinging, forklift operation, 4-ton crane operation, aerial work platform operation, harness training, and Class 2 Electrical Work License, accumulating more hands-on field experience than anyone else. |

I don't aim for “one-man dominance”; instead, I value harmony with each specialist, craftsman, and technique.
Creating a sustainable form that integrates not only new technology but also wisdom and craftsmanship cultivated over many years, without strain.

| Motivation, Goals, and Ideal World |
My experience in the construction industry is relatively short, but I felt this field faced numerous challenges needing solutions—labor shortages, long project timelines, safety concerns, and more. It was amidst this that I encountered deep tech: 3D concrete printing. The first time I saw this technology, I intuitively knew, “This is the future.” I believed it could fundamentally change how construction is done—and that conviction led me to start my own company.
Even as CEO, I've spent more time than anyone operating the machines on-site, learning through trial and error. The experience gained through hands-on practice is my greatest asset. I specifically chose to tackle two-story houses—the most challenging projects—because I believed overcoming that hurdle would enable application to other structures.
My vision is a construction industry where people and technology harmonize, enabling diverse individuals—regardless of gender, age, or race—to thrive. I aim to fuse cutting-edge technology with traditional craftsmanship, realizing a “harmonious approach to creation” built on mutual respect.
Together, we will build a future where people and technology continue to grow side by side. |
