AI Construction Photo App Reduces Burden of Photo Book Creation

Demonstration of Time and Cost Reduction via AI and OCR in Construction Photo App, and Functional Improvements We will primarily focus on improvements during the preprocessing stage and enhance the machine learning-based text prediction function. Regarding the text prediction function, we are currently exploring the feasibility of fully integrating predictive text conversion or typo correction suggestion features—similar to those found in general word processing software—into this software when reflecting reading results in the photo ledger.

Representative	Yoshiki Morikawa After graduating from Waseda University's School of Human Sciences, I worked at Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (7 years in automotive parts development, design, process management, and procurement), Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company (3 years establishing a factory in Japan), and Niji Engineering Co., Ltd. (8 years in waste incineration facility design, procurement, and site supervision). While at Niji Engineering Co., Ltd., I was selected for the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry's “Secondment Entrepreneurship Program” and founded verbal and dialogue Inc. to develop businesses in the construction tech field.

Motivation, Goals, and Ideal World	Despite being crucial to our operations, the work involves a series of tedious tasks that often lead to overtime. And there are other duties that must be handled as well. Facing these on-site inconveniences, I became strongly convinced that solving this problem could make operations run more smoothly across workplaces nationwide. This sense of urgency was the primary catalyst for launching our current business. Our goal is not merely to create a convenient tool, but to establish a “new standard” that takes root in workplace customs and systems, fundamentally transforming the business process itself.
