Masuyuki Ota
Born in Gifu Prefecture in 1965. Raised in a family that ran a small factory. Master's degree in electrical engineering. Joined Hitachi, Ltd. in 1990. Pioneered the world's first commercialization of IPS LCD, which is now the de facto standard for LCD displays. Led technological development in the display field. Since 2010, he has been involved in a wide range of fields, from materials to systems and solutions, at Panasonic and other companies. He has particularly focused on promoting DX business development and overseas market expansion in the wellness and energy sectors. After serving as an executive officer at a mid-sized DX service company, he founded Vision Connect in March 2024. |

I wanted to create robots that would always be there for people, supporting them both physically and emotionally, like Doraemon and Baymax. I also admired Iron Man's powered suit and wanted to create technology that would increase human capabilities many times over. |

| Motivation, Goals, and Ideal World |
Through our DX business expansion overseas, we strongly felt its social impact and future potential. At the same time, we were frustrated by the fact that DX has not been widely adopted in Japan and is significantly behind. Therefore, we founded Vision Connect with the desire to leverage our strengths in video display technology to create a new DX that is globally applicable and originated in Japan.
Our goal is to realize a “true multiverse” that brings happiness to everyone around the world. This is not merely a virtual space, but a value-creating space that enables wellness improvement and self-realization tailored to diverse individuals. Additionally, we aim to build a new social structure where humans and robots can collaborate, with the coexistence of AI and robots as a given, and we believe this can contribute to addressing challenges such as population decline and labor shortages. Furthermore, we will create a new economic zone utilizing cryptocurrency and digital assets, and promote the construction of a next-generation multiverse that balances sustainable growth and reduced environmental impact.
As a first step, this league will work to reform the surgical medical field. We aim to reduce the burden on surgeons and contribute to patients awaiting complex surgeries. By addressing the chronic shortage of surgeons and strengthening surgical care systems, we seek to contribute to creating an environment where everyone can receive surgery with peace of mind. Going forward, we plan to expand into other fields such as education and industry, with the goal of contributing to the overall well-being of society. |
