The AI architect U-DAKE is an automation tool that allows single-family homemakers to quickly make decisions when purchasing land. By just inputting the city planning information and the land survey map, U-DAKE can automatically create a home layout in approximately one minute. With this, the time of manual labor can be greatly reduced, preventing any opportunity loss in the highly competitive housing market. The unique element of U-DAKE is that even without specialized knowledge it is easy to use, unlike conventional architect software such as CAD. Additionally, as the AI is trained on expertise and experience, it is difficult for other companies to imitate this technology. Initially, the software is scheduled to roll out to single-family prospective homeowners, with plans to expand to custom home development in five years. In the future, we aim to provide a one-stop service with options for detailed customization. Our goal is to create a world where it is easy for all to be able to make a home customized to their liking. We hope to revolutionize the architectural design industry and change the way people approach building a home.
