In 2015, he joined a wireless relay technology venture, launched a sales department, and as an executive, started a business to spread the company's wireless relay elemental technology to the IoT infrastructure industry, contributing to the company's round A fundraising. He was appointed CEO of AiTrax when the company was founded in 2018. |

What motivated me to start a business
I felt that the structural recession in Japan had been affecting almost all industries for the past 10 years. For example, I felt that large companies had stopped taking on real challenges that would allow them to earn foreign currency, and that the small and medium-sized companies connected to them had also lost the chance to dream. I left the large company I was working for at the time and moved to a medium-sized company, but since there were no business opportunities I was aiming for, I shifted my focus to the startup field that creates new businesses, and spent about a year researching buried Japanese technology. I came across current wireless technology, and thought that this technology would resonate with various applications and become an enabler to advance into the world, so I decided to take on a part in promoting commercialization.
Goals I want to achieve
1. Maintenance network for aging social infrastructure, 2. Building a network for active ICT utilization in outdoor areas and vast stockyards where there was no infrastructure before, 3. Resolving the digital divide around the world
The world I want to create
Spreading communication infrastructure to places where it has been difficult to spread networks until now. By connecting our technology with satellite communications, which is the key to an unprecedented distributed network, we can create a world where networks can reach unknown areas, leading to new discoveries and the creation of application services that respond to various places and things. We want to be a company that creates a page in the evolution of mesh Wi-Fi, which has not changed for over 20 years.
The origin of our company name "AiTrax" comes from the fact that human intelligence is symbolized by AI in modern times, and we want to be a path for that wisdom and an enabler. |
