Zenmetry is a chat optimizer for startup CxOs and middle managers whose time is depleted and whose message processing is confusing both time and priorities. The product makes it easy to determine the importance of messages, focus on what needs to be done now, reduce the frequency of notifications, and easily manage the status of message responses. A beta version is in preparation. If you are interested, please sign up for the waiting list: https://zenmetry.net/
In recent years, the number of ICT and SaaS tools used in work has increased dramatically, making our work more convenient, but the large number of messages and notifications that arrive frequently can interrupt our concentration and create a work environment where it is difficult to progress with truly important work during the day. We aim to maximize the disposable time of white-collar workers by aggregating these messages and notifications and automatically analyzing them using AI to instantly notify only those messages that really need to be read immediately, and to notify other messages at regular intervals. Ultimately, we aim to optimize working hours by streamlining asynchronous communication, and alleviate the chronic labor shortage caused by the declining birthrate and aging society.

| Childhood Dream | A job that helps people |
| Influential People, Things, and Events | Personally, when I was in second grade, my teacher, Mr. Mori, told me that I had a lot of leadership skills, and from then on I often took on roles such as class representative. Materially, I read a lot of books in a variety of genres. Practically, I went to a Christian school for middle and high school, and was influenced by the educational policy of "becoming a person who can serve others" and "becoming an independent person." |
| Motivation, Goals, and Ideal World | In the spring of 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic hit, and it became extremely difficult to balance childcare and working from home, so I decided to give up my 15+ years of IT career and my career as a manager at a foreign IT company at the time. During the day, I was busy processing a large number of messages from various places and tools, including overseas, and I was only able to do my own work late at night after putting my child to bed, so I was exhausted. On top of that, the daycare center was closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and I lost my mental balance from balancing childcare and working from home, so I chose to quit my job. After that, I became a freelancer and while helping Japanese startups, I witnessed the current situation where Japanese software is not designed to go overseas. Wanting to create a world where Japanese software can be used overseas, I studied programming at G's ACADEMY for six months. In the process of refining the plan, I conducted numerous user interviews and realized that there were many people who had messaging issues that had caused them to give up their careers, and that this was an important issue. I came up with a tool that would allow people to have time to concentrate on their work during the day and not be overwhelmed by messaging, created a mockup, won the Global Geek Audition in February 2022 and won the Audience Award, and decided to start a company. Since then, I have raised pre-seed funding and am currently developing the beta version. |
