In April 2017, he joined an asset management company as a new graduate, where he experienced the composition and proposal of funds compatible with Tsumitate NISA and worked as a Japanese equity research analyst (service sector). In April 2020, he moved to PLAID Inc., where he experienced business planning and IPO preparation. In July 2023, he founded Polyfit Inc., and is creating software for PTAs and community schools. His special skill is memorizing the Nikkei Financial Yearbook, and during his time at the asset management company, he was a business geek who memorized almost all the stocks. |

My entrepreneurial ambitions began when I realized that the only way to realize my dreams was to take risks myself. For years, I had a stable job and pursued someone else's vision, but I realized that I had buried my own passion and ideas. I felt that in order to pursue what I wanted to do, I needed to be prepared to take risks and pave a new path.
My goal is to explore the modern version of mutual aid and implement it in society. I believe that the spirit of mutual aid is the foundation of society and is a means to build an ideal society where everyone can support each other and grow together. Through entrepreneurship, I want to develop new business models and social projects to help people work together and build a sustainable future.
And the world I want to create is to build a company that can provide as much as possible an environment where people who are considered socially vulnerable can thrive. We respect diversity and inclusion and provide a platform for individuals of all backgrounds and abilities to realize themselves and succeed. We provide opportunities for people with disabilities and those in financially disadvantaged situations, helping them to make the most of their talents and potential. |
