Playbox Inc. is a startup that supports human and organizational decision-making and actions through technology that “makes human movement computable,” realizing a future where people and technology co-create. Our vision is to “make human movement computable.” By giving AI “eyes,” we implement technology that enables anyone, using just a handheld device, to “digitize movement”—a process previously requiring experts or expensive equipment—for society.
We are developing a platform to enhance athletic performance and profitability through the integration of video and data. We aim to create a platform that automates the filming, editing, and sharing of sports footage, transforming it into content for coaching and viewing. By leveraging the latest AI technology, we will enable users to fully utilize footage with ease through features like auto-zoom and auto-highlight tailored to specific purposes.

| Childhood Dream | I had two dreams: to become a soccer player and to become a scientist. Although I had a deep passion for soccer, I felt that the path to becoming a professional was a long one. My desire to become a scientist may have been unconsciously influenced by the science museums that my father often took me to, and by the fact that my name sounds scientific. |
| Influential People, Things, and Events | Person: Alan Shearer (soccer player) Thing: Deep learning Thing: My experience playing soccer in a university club |
| Motivation, Goals, and Ideal World | Since middle school, I've had a researcher-like side to me—conducting experiments like brewing ginkgo leaves to test their nootropic effects, or deeply reading papers to efficiently boost muscle strength—always challenging myself with things where the outcome was uncertain. I even started coding to analyze soccer kicks, viewing it purely as a tool for numerical analysis. However, reading Teal's “Zero to One” became a major turning point for me. Teal argued that technology is paramount for Earth's progress, and that the true strength of startups lies in their ability to generate innovative New Thinking. I believe this aligns with the ideas expressed in A16Z's recent “The Techno-Optimist Manifesto.” Inspired by this grand perspective, I became increasingly driven to found a company that leverages technology not only to solve my own challenges, but to provide solutions for the problems faced by many people. |
