Currently, 75% of Japan's 1.78 million companies, meaning 1.33 million companies are either not engaged in DX or have engaged in DX but are not seeing results. (Data from the 2023 DX White Paper). We believe that one of the reasons for this problem is the inability to create a system that is suited to the work site, which is often a highly specialized and complex process. Using our system, "Photolize," a database can be created in as little as one hour by simply sending an image of a document that the person in charge of the field is familiar with, and an input form with the same appearance as the original document can be created. Since there are various problems involved in the actual implementation of systems in the field, we will use Photolize to test hypotheses on how to solve problems in the field.

Solving challenges in introducing ICT systems at sites like factories, stores, and hospitals with an interface

Currently, 75% of the 1.78 million companies in Japan, or 1.33 million companies, are not working on DX or have worked on DX but have not seen results. (Data from the 2023 DX White Paper) We believe that one of the reasons for this problem is the inability to create systems that are suited to on-site work, which is often highly personal and complex. Using our system, Photolize, on-site personnel can simply send images of documents they are familiar with, and an input form that looks the same as the original document can be created in as little as one hour to build a database. There are various issues with introducing systems to actual sites, so we will use Photolize to verify hypotheses for solving on-site issues.

Childhood Dream When I was in elementary school, my dream was to become an electrician because my grandfather ran an electrician's shop. I also enjoyed science experiments, so I wanted to be a scientist. Later, when I was a student, I imagined myself as an ordinary businessman who worked for a company, got married, and had children, so I'm not sure why I ended up like this now (laughs).
Influential People, Things, and Events ●People: Masayoshi Son, Steve Jobs, Liu Bei Xuande
I was very influenced by Masayoshi Son's ability to act with big goals and his drive. Steve Jobs was very influenced by the way he made products, paying attention to every detail while looking to the future, and the way he made services and his presentations, which changed the industry itself. Finally, Liu Bei Xuande made me think of how someone who had nothing could gather people together, and how by not giving up, you could even create the country of Shu. When I thought about how to get talented people involved, I thought of Liu Bei's actions.
●Things: Computers, smartphones, VR goggles, motorcycles
●Things: Debt, running a company, running a store, running a snowboarding school, hosting business networking events, backpacking through nine European countries for two months
Motivation, Goals, and Ideal World I started my own business with the goal of creating a company with annual sales of 250 billion yen (operating profit of 20 billion yen) by the time I was 65.
When I was in my early 30s, I became an executive at a company, but I ended up borrowing tens of millions of yen, including high interest rates from consumer credit companies, to cover the business expenses. My electricity, water, and gas were cut off, and I couldn't spend even 300 yen on food a day. I quit the company without accomplishing anything.
When I was alone and couldn't meet anyone, I had the opportunity to look back at myself.
I wondered, "I worked for four years without taking a day off, even during New Year's holidays, got into a lot of debt, spent a lot of money, but I never had any fun... I'm not married or have children, so why am I struggling...?" And I wondered what I wanted to do. What can I leave behind in the world?
When I looked back at myself at that time, the first thing I thought was that I liked people and wanted to work with people.
And what I wanted to do, even though I had nothing, was to change the world together with many people.

I thought that in order to do that, I needed to have the ability to earn money first.
You might be able to make a billion yen in sales even if you think that it's okay if you make a profit.
I've seen news reports of fraudulent companies reaching that level of sales.
But I thought that I couldn't make a hundred billion yen unless I aimed to be a company that would have an impact on society and be in demand forever, so I decided to set a sales goal of over one hundred billion yen.
And when I was extremely poor and in debt, the supermarket where I went to buy half-price lunches every day had sales of about 250 billion yen, so I thought I could achieve that much, and set a goal amount.

I believe that people's thoughts have infinite power, and if you wish for it strongly, it will become a reality.
The reason I continue to start businesses is to create a world where anyone wants to take on challenges, and to create services that support those challenges.
